What the public app stores
Your simple/research view choice and watchlist are stored in your browser. They are not accounts and do not move automatically to another device. Public source snapshots and model runs describe world evidence, not visitor profiles.
Ask Predicta and model processing
WorldPredicta does not save an Ask question history. The homepage transfers a question through one-time tab storage, removes it on arrival and does not put it in the URL or browser history. When grounded reasoning is active, the server sends your question, selected source receipts and a keyed pseudonymous abuse identifier to the configured model provider so it can produce an evidence-linked explanation. Raw network addresses and provider credentials are not included, and the model request disables response storage. No browser key or login is required. The provider may still process limited security data under its own terms and retention controls, so do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information in a question.
Information you submit
A correction request stores the page URL, your description, an optional supporting URL, a submission time, status and receipt ID. Do not include contact details or sensitive personal information. WorldPredicta has not yet published a fixed correction-record deletion schedule, so this launch gate remains limited.
Network and security data
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request headers and logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Application rate limits convert the requesting network address into a keyed, one-way HMAC when a server secret is configured; the application database stores the pseudonymous window key and count, not the raw address.
Retention
Expired application rate-limit rows become eligible for deletion after two days and are purged by later rate-limited requests. Correction receipts are retained as an evidence and accountability record. Hosting-log retention, a fixed correction-record deletion schedule and a complete subprocessor retention matrix remain pre-launch legal work and are not represented as complete.
Third-party sources
Opening a publisher, government, map-tile or source link sends you to that provider, which applies its own privacy policy. WorldPredicta displays source links so you can inspect evidence directly.
Payments and accounts
No paid account, identity provider or payment processor is active in the public product today. A reserved server schema separates internal account IDs from provider identity, subscription and entitlement records. It is designed to store keyed provider-reference fingerprints rather than email addresses, names, raw identity subjects, session tokens or payment-card details. With no provider active, the public app does not populate those records.
Before accounts can launch
This notice must identify the provider, legal operator, fields, purposes, retention periods, subprocessors, transfers, access and deletion process, and any legally required payment-record exceptions. The public research layer will remain available without an account and will not silently turn a browser watchlist into a commercial profile.
Children
The public research product is not directed to children and does not ask for an age, account or behavioral profile. Do not submit information about a child through the corrections desk.
Your choices
You can clear local site data in your browser to remove view and watchlist preferences. Correction submissions should not contain sensitive personal information. Do not submit secrets, financial account numbers, health records or private intelligence.
